More About Our December Plan

Once we cleaned up our highway by updating WatchAir’s software, we see more bumps between apps on the highway, some of which were already fixed, and others are still there. This is how we will clean up to reboot our vision by the end of this year.

  1. How to clean up the remaining issues
    • Focusing on iOS/Android app cleanup first: Even though you may experience some issues on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, or Apple TV,
most root causes result from the WatchAir mobile app. This is why we’ll focus on iOS and Android app updates over anything else.
A couple of updates are expected in December.
    • Updating TV app second: We’ll update our Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, and Android TV apps one by one. Seemingly Apple TV
and Amazon Fire will have more priority than the others. No new features will be added.
  2. Upcoming new Features
    • Remote TV Watching & Recording: We call this as “TV over IP”, and the beta service will be available by the end
of this year. Please find out moreat the end
of our recently updated WatchAir FAQ.
    • We are working on our Samsung Smart TV app and LG Smart TV app, both of which can be used on
Smart TV since 2016 models. This should be done by the end of this year. Also, we are doing our best to release Season
      recording
hopefully by the end of this year.
  3. Getting help: Our customer support gets smarter and smarter. Whenever you need some help to use WatchAir, please send your email at ticket@watchairtv.com to contact our customer support.
