WatchAir RMA Process
- Please contact WatchAir support team (email@example.com) to get your RMA authorization code. Please note your RMA request will not be processed without your RMA code.
- When you enter your shipping address for your RMA, please enter your RMA code in the “Company name (optional)” field, as below.

- Then we ship your RMA package to you through UPS ground. Our support team will provide you with the UPS tracking.
- The shipping package has the following contents.
- A new smart bar (the center bar)
- A new AC/DC power adapter
- A return label
- A return plastic bag
- Once you receive our RMA package, please take your smart bar, AC/DC power adapter, and your return label.
- Please put your returning center bar and power adapter in the plastic bag, and put the bag in the shipping box.
- Tape the shipping box and attach your return label on the box.
- Please drop your return package at any nearest UPS store.
- Once we receive your return and we’ll confirm the status of the returned product, this RMA is closed.
